Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

 

This Shake will fill you up with Antioxidants, Protein and Natural Vitamins and Minerals.

-3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened

-1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain

-1/2 small banana, more green than yellow

-4 baby carrots

-2 tsp chia seeds

-1/4 cup walnuts

-1 tbsp raw cocoa powder, unsweetened

-1/2 cup mixed greens (Kale, Swiss chard, Spinach)

-1/2 cup ice

-1 tbsp brown rice protein powder

Add a little stevia if needed to sweeten

 

Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until very smooth. Add more ice or milk depending on your desired consistency.
