Roasted Red Pepper Hummus 


-1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

-½ cup roasted red peppers

-1 clove fresh garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder

-¼ cup EVOO

-Filtered water if needed

-Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend well, scraping sides until very creamy. If the hummus is too thick, add more water.
